Terms of Service
1. Service
GlobePace OS (the "Service") is a SaaS platform for managing global trade sales. By agreeing to these Terms, you may use the Service.
2. Account
You must register with accurate information and are responsible for your account security. You may not use another person's account without authorization.
3. Fees & Billing
Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select; upon cancellation, billing stops from the next cycle. Free plans have feature and usage limits.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse or exploit the system. The following are also prohibited: (i) collecting, extracting, or copying data or content by automated means such as crawling, scraping, or bots; (ii) unauthorized extraction or re-utilization of all or a substantial part of the Service's database (infringement of database maker's rights); (iii) reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative services from the Service's source code or algorithms (including matching and AI features); (iv) using the Service or creating accounts for the purpose of developing, operating, or benchmarking a competing service. Violations may result in restriction or termination without prior notice and may incur legal liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
AI analysis, HS codes, tariffs, and similar information are provided for reference only; actual trade, customs, and tax decisions are your responsibility. The Service does not warrant the accuracy of such information.
6. Data
You own the data you enter. You may export or delete your data (by closing your account) at any time.
7. Payments & Merchant of Record
The Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions is Paddle.com Market Ltd., and charges may appear under Paddle's name on your card statement or receipt. Taxes (e.g., VAT) are collected and handled by Paddle based on your country of residence.
8. Seats & License
Paid seats are for internal users of the contracting organization only. Reselling, sharing, sublicensing seats, or providing access to individuals outside the organization is prohibited, and violations may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.
9. Data, Backup & Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." Data loss, corruption, or temporary unavailability may occur during feature updates, migrations, or outages. You are responsible for regularly backing up important data (data export) on your own, and the Service shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from data loss to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Service provides periodic backups but does not guarantee flawless preservation.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collected
We collect and store your email, company and brand information, and the contacts, deals, orders, and schedule data you enter.
2. Purpose of Use
We use data to provide the Service, process AI features, manage your account, and process payments. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing.
3. Processing on Our Behalf
We may engage trusted processors for infrastructure (cloud hosting), AI processing (generative AI), and payment handling; such processors handle data in accordance with this Policy.
4. Retention & Deletion
When you close your account, related data is deleted within a reasonable period. You may request data export or deletion in Settings.
5. Your Rights (GDPR, etc.)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port (export) your personal data. You may exercise these rights via Settings or by contacting us.
6. Payment Processing (Paddle)
For payment processing, information necessary for billing is provided to Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle processes such information under its own privacy policy.
7. Data Location
Service data is stored and processed on cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud, asia-northeast3 (Seoul region, Republic of Korea)) and Vercel. The Service currently uses a single region, and data is stored in the region above regardless of your place of residence. This may involve cross-border data transfers, and we comply with protective measures required by applicable law.

Refund Policy
1. Payment & Merchant of Record
GlobePace OS is a subscription-based digital SaaS. Payments are processed through the reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Merchant of Record), and receipts and refunds are also handled via Paddle.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period, and cancelling before the trial ends results in no charge.
3. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Within 14 days of the payment date, you may request a full refund if you have not substantially used the Service.
4. Annual Subscription Refunds
A full refund is available within 14 days of the payment date. Thereafter, no partial refund for the remaining period is provided, and billing stops from the next renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime in the Customer Portal; billing stops from the next billing cycle. Any period already paid remains usable until it expires.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email cs@globepace.com with your payment receipt to request a refund. Requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's policies.
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
Statutory consumer rights (such as the right of withdrawal in your country of residence) are guaranteed regardless of this Policy.
